Founded on February 10, 1857, Hope Lodge #145 has served as an integral building block of Lafayette (previously Vermillionville), Louisiana, for over 150 years. The rolls of the Lodge contain the names of historic and important figures of the area: Mouton, Girard and Cafferey and have included leaders in the professional, business, political, and agricultural life of the community.
